The real estate market continued to roar in November as we saw a 22% increase in closed sales from last year. A nearly 23% leap in pending sales will account for strong closings in December. Additionally, we saw a 20% increase in median home sales prices from November of last year. We did see 6.2% more listings than we had last year, but this number is down from the over 7% increase from last month. Year to date, our median sale price has climbed 10% to $230,000.
