Just this week we learned about a great opportunity that is coming our way for home buyers in the City of St. Louis.
It offers a $15,000 grant exclusively for home buyers in the City of St. Louis.
You do not have to be a first time home buyer, and the income requirements are less stringent than some of the other grant programs that we see. If you do qualify for other down payment assistance programs, you can marry them to this program and take advantage of all of them!
